Pulmonary rehabilitation at Medimprove is a structured, supervised program of exercise, breathing techniques and education for people living with chronic lung disease or recovering after illness, designed to improve stamina and make everyday activity easier.

Who it’s for

  • People living with COPD or pulmonary fibrosis

  • Recovery after a lung illness, including lasting symptoms after COVID-19

  • Patients preparing for, or recovering from, lung surgery or transplant

What the program includes

Sessions combine supervised exercise, breathing techniques and education on managing your condition. Progress is measured with repeat testing so the program can be adjusted as you get stronger.
